1. Who We Are

Eventrax is a mobile and web application operated by Twelve 20 Inc ("we", "us", "our"). Eventrax provides information and management tools for dance congresses and festivals.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — provided by you when signing in. Used solely for authentication via a passwordless sign-in link.
• Device information — collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting (device model, OS version, app version). This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity.
• Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, a device token is stored to deliver event updates. This is not linked to personally identifiable information.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, payment information, or any biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the app
• To send event-related push notifications you have opted into
• To identify and fix technical errors (via crash reporting)

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services operated by Google LLC and its affiliates:

• Firebase Authentication — handles passwordless email sign-in
• Cloud Firestore — stores event data
• Firebase Storage — stores event images and assets
• Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash and error reporting
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications

Each of these services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Data processed through Firebase is subject to Google's data processing terms.

5. Data Retention

Your email address is retained in Firebase Authentication for as long as your account is active. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, use our self-service Forget Me page — deletion is immediate and automatic.

6. Children's Privacy

Eventrax is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We have no independent means of verifying a user's age — access is granted on the basis of the user's own confirmation at sign-up that they are 18 or older.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this service, please contact us immediately at info@twelve-20.com. Upon receiving a verified report, we will delete the associated account and all personal data promptly.

7. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Know — you may request details about the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
• Right to Delete — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct — you may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Data Security

We rely on Firebase's industry-standard security infrastructure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a secure email address for sign-in.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Eventrax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
